Funding Sources¶
The Funding Sources page is used to manage Funding Sources associated with specific funding Categories. This page is used to view and export Budget Allocations for the different Categories.
Funding Sources are used in the Programmes to finance Programme Expenditures.

Users are provided with functionality to export the displayed Data table to an assortment of filetypes, by clicking the appropriate file type button in the top right corner.

The supported filetypes are listed below:
Copy (will copy the contents to the local clipboard)
CSV
Excel
PDF
Print (will display a dialog to print the content directly)
Consulting Changes History¶
Users can view previous actions made to a Funding Source. The user is able to check previous changes to individual entries by clicking the Funding Source History Watch Icon in the Table for the individual entries or see the unfiltered (All entries) by clicking the Show Edit History link in the upper part of the Page.

Editing Funding Sources¶
Users can edit Funding Sources by clicking the Edit Funding Source Pencil Icon for a single entry, editing the Funding Source Name, Funding Source Code and Catefory and clicking the Save Changes Button.
Users are also able control whether the Funding Sources are available to be used in the main PMS application, by using the Is active tickbox. Unticking it will make the Funding Source unavailable to fund programmes.

Creating Funding Sources¶
Creating a new Funding Source can be achieved on the Create Funding Source page.

To create a new Funding Source, the user must provide the following information before clicking the Save Changes button:
Funding Source
Funding Source Code
Category
Please Note: The created Funding Source, will only be available if the user ticks the Is Active tickbox
