Planned Works Report¶
This report is generated to display a list of all Works in the system that are in the planned phase. The data that is exported from the PMS database is classed as coming from the before data fields in the system; i.e. estimated costs, dimensions, before PSCI etc. It is also known as “FORM D”.
The “Enable Content” and “Enable Macros” options must be clicked for the charts to be populated.

Note where PMS has two values - an “auto-calculated” value, and a manually entered value, the manually entered value will take precedence. If no value has been entered manually the auto-calculated value will be used.
For example in the image below the 3,000m length will be used, as the user has overridden the 2,998.51m value calculated by taking the geometry length. The manually entered width of 5.5m will be used, but the system-calculated Area of 17,991.08m2 will be used as this has not been overridden.

The Excel worksheet has a number of individual tabs. These are described below.
