Mechanical Surveys¶

The Mechanical Surveys list page can be accessed by clicking the List Surveys link in the Mechanical Surveys section.

Users will have limited ability to edit the metadata associated those surveys when logged into the Web App on the Local Authority (LA) site.

LA Sites¶

In the LA sites users will be able to not only to view and export data (like on the National Site) but also perform maintenance tasks, such as deleting Surveys and editing metadata.

Editing Survey Metadata¶

It is possible to edit survey metadata in the Update Survey Details page, the user can access this page by clicking the Edit Mechanical Survey Pencil Icon for the table entry.

Deleting Survey Entry¶

Deleting survey entries can be achieved by clicking the Delete Mechanical Survey (cross icon), and confirming in the displayed dialog. Once confirmed, the user should see a confirmation banner in the Top of the Page

National Site¶

On the National Site the user will be able to view and export Mechanical Surveys at the national level, but no option to edit entries is provided at the national Level.

Users are provided with functionality to export the displayed Data table to an assortment of filetypes, by clicking the appropriate file type button in the top right corner.

The supported filetypes are listed below:

Copy (will copy the contents to the local clipboard)
CSV
Excel
PDF
Print (will display a dialog to print the content directly)
