LA Road Programmes¶
LA Road Programmes - Form¶
LA Roads Programmes - General Tab¶
LA Programmes are created automatically based on Programmes created for a given Year with the Same funding source.

When a Programme form is opened the associated projects are shown on the map. The projects are symbolised based on their Phase:

Selecting a project record(s) in the grid highlights the relevant project(s) in the map with an outline box in cyan:

The “Zoom” button zooms to the extent of all projects in the programme.
The “Export” button exports the Roads Programme to an Excel file.
The “Refresh” button reloads the Roads Programme into the form, discarding any non-saved edits.
The “Submit” button submits RPs to the DTTAS’s Project Vision system (The use will need the Programmes Submitter Role to perform this action)

LA Roads Programmes - Other Expenditure Tab¶
The Other Expenditure tab of the Roads Programmes form is used to consult any expense NOT relating to a particular Works Job. Unlike the Programmes Form, the user is NOT able to add expenses, this Tab will show the Expenses added int the context of the Associated Programmes.

LA Roads Programmes - Validations¶

This tab contains any errors within the works associated with the associated LA Programme. Before LA Roads Programme can be submitted please review and correct all the validation errors in this Validation tab. Double clicking a validation error will open up the Works where the validation error occurs, there will be a description beside each error so you know exactly what to change in the works so that the error will be removed.
Important: When you have corrected a validation error in the works, you must click the Save button to notice the change.
Once you are satisfied that the programme contains all of the works that are to be included for the entire local authority programme for this particular funding category, you are ready to submit the programme.
On the Local Authority Roads Programme form click the Submit button at the bottom of the window.
You may have to wait a few minutes for the processing and data transfer to complete. You will be given a pop-up message to advise if the submission was successful or not.
If unsuccessful then you should be advised why. One reason may be that there are works in the programme which do not have an estimated cost assigned.
Once submitted, the date submitted will be added to the RP form to inform other users that it was already submitted to DTTAS.
Should you need to make any alterations to the RP’s you can do so and then press the Submit button again to re-submit the programme.
Once the programme has been submitted from MapRoad PMS, the data is available to view by the DTTAS in a separate system. In effect, this other system allows the information on the RP to be displayed in spreadsheet format similar to the Form B procedure used in previous years. If you subsequently resubmit a programme it will simply update the DTTAS system to allow for the most up-to-date Form B to be produced.
LA Roads Programmes - Files Tab¶
The Files tab of the Roads Programmes form contains the ability to add files to the Roads Programme.
NOTE: Files can only be added after the Roads Programme has been created.

LA Roads Programmes - History Tab¶
The History Tab contains a Historic Table for the changes made to the La Programme. The History contains the information relating to the following:
User who submitted the programme
Date when the Programme was submitted
The total cost of the Programme
